C•POBLICI•Q•F Hercules standing left and strangling the Nemean lion; at his feet, club; in field to left, bow and quiver; to upper left, C. Babelon (Poblicia) 9. Crawford 380/1. RBW 1408 var. (differing control). Sydenham 768. Beautifully toned and perfectly centered, a beautiful piece. Light deposits and with two minor banker's marks, otherwise, good very fine.
